Basic Training

The Basic training is suitable for new employees and includes:

Familiarity with the concept of "organizational cultural competence" (Benoqua, 2002)
Familiarity with the intercultural encounter in the organization - the complexity and opportunity it entails.
Introducing Mabat Model - The Four Types of Intercultural Encounter (Kramer Assaf, 2016)
Assimilation of practical skills in behaving within multicultural environment.

The training is delivered throughout visualization tools including digital means, videos and online surveys.
